Clothes are great material and shipping is sometimes faster than it quotes!!!But sending cloths back that do not fit is a challenge I still yet to receive my refund after 1 months so that makes me think twice about buying from your company..

Beautiful collections. I love their selection! Love the site but this app is terrible crashes all the time, hard to filter search results and often loses your place in a search when you go back; adding and removing items from wish list is really slow; loading items generally is quite slow.

I love Mytheresa ! Everything works well most times and it’s a great way to sell online! The only thing that I think could be improved is the amount that they take from you when you make a sale. I use another selling app as well and they fee you a much lesser amount!

There website is very poor in updating new cloth of fashion. I went up to buy the clothing from them 2 months ago and still i could find same cloth only one or two new products seen. Needed more updates on fashion.

I purchased some items from their website and I read on their homepage that they’re making the shipping free for a short period of time. When I checked out my items, I found that the shipping fees are added! I tried several times but with the same issue!!

I went to this website for ordering a jacket with unique design. I couldn’t find any good designs and later i decide to order a jacket with usual design. What i ordered and what i received was completely different. I don’t recommend this website and not trusted.

Wastage of time and money
I’ll never try this online platform again! I ordered some stuff and was so excited about them. Unfortunately, the order arrived three weeks later, and when it arrived, I was really shocked! The products are of very poor quality. Not worth the money at all!

I heard about MyTheresa, I tried to order 5 items but actually, it has been lagging for 3 consecutive days as the items are on the card but I cannot even order or proceed for any further step as well as their customer service do not respond to either calls or online service.

Worse than expected
When I opened the website I was astonished by the products and I was expecting that they would be perfect as the pictures. When I ordered, my order came later than stated on the website. Moreover, the products were not as the pictures, they seem cheaper than their prices. I’ll never repeat this experience again.

Cheap products
I bought a dress on this website based upon the pictures which looked very bright. I thought i could get at least something nearby to that colour since i know colour varies on online shopping. But what i received was very poor in colour and thread was all easily coming out. when i contacted the customer service immediately they delayed my complaint and took me 10 days to get back my money.

Old fashioned
Most the dresses are old fashioned. Its ok for old people but not for new trend people. I ordered a top of retro type and they gave me a wrong design which was too dull on colour.
