I was not satisfied with the service so i requested them to cancel my subscription. But they said it can’t be done so quick and i have to wait for 6 more months as it was in contract. Wasted my money on this subscription.

Very disappointing work!!
Setting up a business was supposed to be made easy with clevver. They promised to provide assistance with a very well versed and professional team and all the requirements for a new business like a virtual office and other accessories but none of those promises were kept.

Bad experience
The customer care is poor, they were not able to connect with me while communicating, to me it was just a waste of time, i couldnt grow my business with them.

Shared mail address
I joined clever subscription few months.initially it was smooth. Later I didn’t realize is that the mailing address they give you is shared with everyone at that location. Which became a huge drawback to me.

Contradictory!!
Reached out to them to see if they might assist me with my business. Setting up the virtual office takes so much time. This contradicted their claim on their website that it would take no time. I am quite dissatisfied.

Failure
What started out as a smooth process ended in my worst nightmare. I availed the service for my new business. The package I secured was a monthly contract with an initiation fee for the first month. What I didn’t know was that hidden fee in terms and conditions. I had a huge failure because of there service.

Trapped
Horrible company, lied about pricing locked into a year plan if you don’t cancel by the 6 months mark you are hooked into another year contract and cannot cancel at all. So disappointed with this service.

Fake discounts
Horrible company. During pandemic they gave discount which they recovered in the balance months of the agreement. Also the centre staff commitments were not followed subsequently with the customers.

They are very good at implementation but after that impossible to get customer service or tech support in a timely manner. Also they don’t answer your phone calls. I plan to cancel soon.

Don't trust
company refuses to cancel my virtual address account and they are trying to bill for another month. I couldn’t able to speak them through call and even though i tried to connect with them they just skip my request.

A lot of time was lost!

Requires improvement!
Pleasant conversation at first, but working and building up your virtual office, they linger on and on. Has been over a month and they have still not put up my office at my requested location. Simply dissatisfied with their services.

Lengthy procedure and not timely!
I contacted them to open my company’s bank account. They asked for so many papers and told me the account would be ready within 48 hours. No news for a whole week now!

Often line is busy
Most often whenever i call there customer care number line is very busy or else they don’t pick up the calls. I couldn’t able to connect with them once they attend the call and the next time there is no answer from them.

Bad service!
They talk to you very well. But when the time comes to start your virtual office and set it up, you just stay and wait, but it took around one and a half months and my office is still not set up at my desired location yet.

They pretend to be a provider of virtual offices from many countries all over the world, but this is not true. When asked what prices and services they had and I was really excited to start a new business, they didn’t answer my calls or emails.

Too many unkept promises
They had many too many promises over the phone claiming full access to all of their services for a certain amount. It was a scam and we haven’t received authority over even half of those services and we had to pay a huge amount.

I contacted them for a virtual office set up in Japan, but when the communication has been started between them and me, I found they are not professional in their work. So I decided not to go with them. I will try some other option.

They made many promises for virtual office setup when you finalize the deal with them to start work on your virtual office, they are not shown up Hardly it takes a week to set a virtual office but it’s been a month I am not getting any response from them about my office, not they are attending my calls!

Very long time setting up
It’s all about virtual offices, so I made a contact with them so they can help me in my business. It took so much time to set up the virtual office! And that was totally opposite to what they stated on their website that setting up a virtual office wouldn’t take time. I am so disappointed as they wasted my time.

they claim to be a virtual office provider from multiple countries around the world but this is not true. They did not respond to my calls or my emails when asked about their prices and services and I was really excited to start a new business. Stay away from the scam .
