Very Difficult to reach!
They are very difficult to reach. You cannot contact them in just 5 minutes, you have to really spend about 30 minutes to speak to them just like what I have experienced. Seriously? I will no longer spend that much time just to avail with this card, I can find a better company than they are.

This is a Fraud! I registered here to get a prepaid card but no card arrived yet and it’s been 2 weeks already. Not worthy of my trust!
