Very offensive!

Too many additional charges

Yhe house was given in a basically unliveable condition. Only one of the three bathrooms was usable. Broken wood boards. Broken switches.When contacted repeatedly none of them want to take responsibility.

Overpriced properties!!
I was escorted to a few of homes, but none of them appeared suitable, and the personnel were not amused. They were nasty and did not even attempt to assist me or ask me about my preferences. Properties were also grossly overpriced.

Fake services
They are not able to provide the kind of home I had in vision, every house they’ve shown so far is alright, nothing novel and luxurious like they claimed for it to be. They need to learn to understand customer demands and fulfill them. They just showed me more similar ones when i asked them for the one in the pictures.

Impolite conduct
I was taken to a couple of properties out of which none seemed satisfactory and the employees did not take it well. They were rude and impolite and did not even try and help or rather ask me my preferences. All the properties i saw were way overpriced too.

There demands Additional charges
I want a villa in Emirates Hills, as my office is near so I can commute easily, but their prices are so high, the prices they have mentioned on the website that was okay, but when I spoke to the broker he told me other additional charges, which makes a huge amount for me to pay. They have to mention the right amount on the website. So it saves time!

Their homes are seriously luxury as the name is, but they are so expensive and they are no offering any good installment plan either I have to pay all in one or just two installments. Due to Pricing and no installment plans, I have to skip this option.

I wanted to have a property with good location and view. I gave them all my requirement they showed me 4 places but it was not satisfactory to me. Designs are not good
I contacted them to have a few designs for my new house. They didn’t give me any good designs everything looked very chappy and cost of it is also high. Still i tried a one small design for my bedroom. Quality of it is also not good that too with high cost.

Deceiving appearance
The properties they’re providing are totally different from the ones they’re showing on their website. Before making an agreement with them, I asked them to see one of the properties I like on their website to find that it’s totally different, with a very bad appearance and damaged items inside the property!

Crashing upon using customized search

Prices are higher than other real estate companies
I asked about 3 villas and compared prices to one of the real estate companies so result is that prices are higher by 15-20% from the actual price versus the market. Appreciate if they can try to sell with the actual prices.

The agent who is responsible for finding a location is extremely irresponsible. These show that they have good options on their website but they do not assist you with finding the right one for your choice.
