Privatily is one of the most useless services ive come across, they did not provide any sort of help, no money i earned from their service, i in fact lost some money and i do not recommend it, they are so unprofessional.

No assistance
Too much high on price. Their customer service is not there for beginners subscription pack which is one of the main reason why im skipping on them. Without assistance its hard to run a business.

App not working
The website and app both did not work for me, I had to keep trying and later gave up. I informed the customer service but said they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.

Disappointing!!
Privatily provides very inaccurate and unreliable service. The payment gateways are really unsecure. I would not entrust my money with them or try and transact with them.

Bad experience
The app keeps lagging and logging me out of it, it is so difficult to use and i did not get the right assistance with it either, disappointed in this.

website don't worth
This website don’t worth. For those 2$ you wait just standard 3 days. My bf transferred to me 24h already, nothing in my account, smell like fake card2card transactions. It’s a normal standard process, definitely will never use it again!!!!
