Low end-products
If you really want to style up your home with modern products, don’t go for steelhs.com. They’re not professional at all and at last, you’ll never receive high end-products as they’re claiming. All that you’ll receive is really fake and poor products.

Not good in quality
This website is a money stealer and they just sell product which is not at all worth a single dollar. I got a vase for my new house from this website. It came home with different style and was not shiny as i wanted it to be. I cancelled the ordered but they didn’t take any returns rather they want me to buy another product. Horrible experience.

I heard about this organization from one of my friends. I tried their website and subscribed with my e-mail address but no notifications sent regarding their products for about a month now! They’re so careless.

Improper reply from customer service
The customer service team didn’t know how to reply to customers. I called one of the customer services and he replied to me in a very improper way! I’ll never try them again.

Lower than expected
I was so excited about the products they’re selling as I love bold statement style. I decided to order some stuff from them, later on, I found that they are delivered damaged!! I couldn’t know how this happened but I was really surprised.

Not a nice option!
I bought the table from them for my sitting room and I didn’t find it worth it, as there was some paint on that which is started getting remove in a week. Not a nice option!

I couldn’t find any useful accessory for my house in this website. They didn’t have a proper designing team to help us style our house. I asked them for a suggestion by sending out my house pics and they didn’t respond me with a good designs for the house. Highly disappointed

Poor Quality
The material they are using is not of good quality, I order four casual chairs from them, I have received those chairs 3 weeks ago, yesterday one chair was broken, my friend she sits on that chair, and she is not bulky at all, the chair was unbalanced and broke out, thank god nothing happened to her!

Wrong chair delivered
Don’t try this company! I ordered a white lazy chair for my mother as a gift for Mother’s Day. They deliver to me a totally different chair in a different color! Moreover, they’re not replying to me so I can return it!!

Late response
I wanted to get some new products for the decoration of my home. I tried to contact them to be able to know the kind of products they’re selling but with no response. I waited two days but no one contacted me back and when I tried to contact them again, they didn’t reply also! Very disappointed.

Low quality products
I heard about them from one of my friends as I wanted to style up and change somethings in my home. I ordered a few stuff from them. When the order came, I found that their products are really with very low quality than expected.

They commit with me for unique designs and styling, I booked one from their catalog but when it’s come to implementing a design, they said our this architect resigns you can choose the other design according to the availability.

Poor Quality
I have visited their website and impressed by their unique design and I just ordered a dining table and eight chairs that were in the offer, after 15 days I get the delivery, they promise me within a week they deliver my purchase, and what I received dining table with a different design with six chairs instead of eight chairs. Pathetic service.

Dont get tricked with advertisement
I found this website based upon the advertisement on social media. I was trying to decorate my house with some new look so i bought a few products from them for testing the quality. Everything which i bought has defect and i couldn’t reach their customer care number yet. Its a scam. Dont trust these online marketers.

Low time than expected
As a lady having a small appartment, I contacted them because I needed few products from the ones they’re offering but they replied few days later. In addition, they delievered my products in a very long time! Will not recommend them to anyone else.

I was shocked because It is a style up company and its website is very primary. As an architect engineer, I was expecting a very fancy website explaining all their products but I found out that it doesn’t even have any styling on their website.

Hate it
they are extremely slow with their services and I wanted to finish my house planning a really long time ago. Because I waited for them I had to delete the entire planning process for several weeks and in return I got nothing of value from them. I will not recommend them.

These people will not help you with styling up your home with any of the article at all. So hard to get a hold of them and even when you get a hold of them they are very rude and impatient with your plans and desires. Do not recommend it.
