Card says it has a limit if xxxx amount and its active but i am unable to use so at store or even online, every time i use the card, the payment is always declined by you guys, so what’s the point if it being active and having limit when unable to use, even support number is invalid…..

Limit on spending with money which system limited some function only can use money reload from credit card or online banking only. Money spent is limited to user, very unfriendly function.

Loading pages are heavy, who can wait a minute before seeing the payment page? And credit card top up does not work coz the web page which requires one time password to be input does not show in the websites..

Whenever we need to contact the servicing numbers.where 8 out of 10 times there is only a machine talking to you.There is no one in person who one can talk to about an urgent query. this pisses me off.

very buggy
Not secure. This application is very poor. Unfortunately this app is very buggy, you can use it but still you need to carry all your scanned cards with you. That’s because they do not store scanned barcodes/qr codes of the cards locally on your phone but in cloud.

Absolutely frustrating
Absolutely frustrating, NOTHING is available. Can’t buy anything or what I’m actually after therefore I’m missing out on a great time to purchase a certain coin and apparently this is the only way to get there to it. If your not in business to do business the remove the app from listing and do something else other than waste people’s time. Ridiculous, if I could have give zero stars I would have.

Wallet is not useful
I started using this wallet for a month and u couldn’t able to any proper payment . Every payment i made was delayed and it was also not easy to do everytime i have to check up on my bank whether money is debited or not. I don’t recommend this wallet.

I used to shop online with Twiga wallet for more than three months now. Lately, the service was too slow and not responding all the time. Moreover, the online platforms that I love shopping on aren’t working with the TWIGA Wallet anymore!!

Slow progress
Once you top up the wallet, you need to wait more than 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet. Which is too slow for me! My experience wasn’t good as I had to wait for 6 days for the money to reflect in my wallet!! Unprofessional.

Twiga money cheat People by saying they have a good offers for transaction and actually its of no use. Transcation fee is high and there customer service is also very poor. I don’t recommend there service.

Transaction failure
I tried to pay with the wallet at three different shops but with no result. Every time I try to pay, a pop-up message was displayed on my smartphone stating that the transaction failed. Useless wallet.

I tried the wallet on different online shopping websites as the TWIGA team claimed, that the wallet is available for paying with all online shopping websites. Unfortunately, the wallet isn’t working on most of the websites! Very poor coverage.

Very slow service
I use this twiga for paying online. I order online and make payment using this app. But one of the major drawback is once you recharge the wallet it takes more time to reflect on your account.needed fast progressing and there customer care is very poor that don’t mind answering our questions well.

I issued a voucher code with my connected debit card. I wanted to send it to my friend by e-mail but when I try to send it, an error occurred, and a pop-up message shown saying that the voucher code isn’t available!!

As I read on their website, they’re stating that their debit card can be used worldwide in any ATM accepting MasterCards. I was in Italy last week and tried their debit card, but it never worked!

Loading my wallet took so long

Wrong information
Yesterday, I withdrew an amount of money from my account and I didn’t recognize the message delivered to me. When I read the message, I found that the amount withdrawn wrote in the message is wrong! It was lower than the right amount I already withdrew.

Unhelpful customer service team
Their customer service team isn’t helpful at all! I had an issue withdrawing money from my account, I contacted them through email, they replied that someone will call me but with no result! Very disappointing.

Issue in transferring funds
