Underperformed!!
I only preferred their service to avoid the hassle of all the documentation and taxation work needed to be done before setting up a business. But winglio completely let me down. They scammed me by charging a very huge amount and providing untrained professionals and it was an even bigger hassle. Stay away!!

False advertisement
Their website says that if I sign up with them, I won’t have to deal with any accounting or tax services. I signed up for their services and discovered that I had to deal with taxes and all. They trick you with false claims

A very big sham.
I rented a company using winglio and had to deal with all the paper work and documentation myself. Zero assistance provided with a very high price tag. Worst service quality ever.

Completely senseless!!!
You pay them money and you end up doing all the work. Employees do not help you in anyway when transactions are not processed or cater to the client’s requirements. All they care about is getting paid. Don’t fall for this trap!!

Fraud
Winglio is unnecessarily expensive and it is not even worth all the money. They claim that they will take care of payments and paperwork but that is a complete lie. I get emails saying errors all the time and the process of contacting them and correcting it takes too long and is very complicated even though they are up to date with asking for money.

Dealing with accounting services
They’re claiming on their website that If I subscribed with them, I’ll not deal with any accounting services or taxes which isn’t true. I subscribed to their services and found that I must deal with the taxes and take care of everything!

There only two options Irish and Malaysian company they are taking invoices from them, what about others, I am working for a Japanese company and sometimes connected to the company in Australia, then this is not helpful for freelancers like me.

No taxes saved
They’re claiming on their website that their services really save taxes for me when I pay for subcontractors. But when I started my business with them, I found that my taxes aren’t reduced by any means.

Leave me unattended
Their customer service representative was so rude to me when I called her to get the status of my invoices, she didn’t respond to me appropriately and leave me unattended!

Not secured transaction
They are intermediation between the client and freelancer. I was tricked by my client to get money through this link they didn’t give me the promised money and they just sent me the invoices wrongly. These websites are very useful for clients not for freelancers.

When I made the agreement with them, they told me that there are no monthly costs I must pay. Afterward, I found out that there are hidden costs I must pay to make my business continues. Not trustworthy at all!

Not Secure
Sending invoices and withdrawal of cash is not secure with this company, they misplace your invoices, and when I withdraw the amount from their system the amount showed on the receipt was different and the amount I got was less.

Not easy to refund your money
My experience with them wasn’t good at all, I wanted my money back and they claimed that they’ll refund it to me 5 days maximum. Surprisingly, my money was refunded 20 days after my refund request! They’re not responsible for the services they’re providing.
