Long process
It was such a long process, and they kept calling me. It was so inconvenient to use, and it was such a pain, that I would never recommend it.

No means for me to communicate with them
As though they were going to hand me a business, Xolo demanded a slew of documentation from me. This firm had given me a bad experience in the past. I trusted them and provided them whatever they requested, but they did not return my calls after a few weeks. There is no other means for me to communicate with them.

Everything is a ruse
Xolo claimed to take care of all of my business needs, convinced me to invest a large sum of money, and made all of these promises about how my business would thrive, only to do nothing in the end; it was all a scam, and they did not even use the entire sum. It’s all a ruse.

Very limited options
This service should be avoided at all costs! Once you provide them your credit card number, they will continue to charge you and display you a hidden clause in their terms and conditions called AUTORENEWAL. They also charge for the following month in the prior month, limiting your options even further.

Far too many hidden costs
There are far too many hidden costs. Communication is extremely slow; practically everything must be put on hold, and it can take days for them to respond to an email. Response time is really slow. For me, service is likewise incredibly slow.

Just a bunch of individuals who know how to make others believe they know what they’re doing but don’t really perform any work. Totally disrespectful attitude toward the client, and after approaching them numerous times, I have received no assistance or answer. Very dissatisfied.
