Great service
Great for tracking and allows me change my delivery date and delivery location through the website. The only feature I wish the website had would be to rename or label my packages to better keep track of them.

Need update
I used this service many times, I almost happy with service, but they can improve the system as we can see now-a-days if we order something in flipkart, amazon or any other applications we get updated with time to time, but in DHL service we can see that we get only few updates about the couriers.

I LOVE this app!!! I’ve used a few of them, and this has been my favorite. Its very easy to use/set up, you can link multiple accounts, it shows you when they will be delivered.

appreciate
The Dhl is great. the only thing I would appreciate that they get well is the delivery date I always have that one day scheduled to get a delivery and then they changed the delivery date the next day but it turns out it was still going get delivered the day it was specified in the first place. I don’t leave because we are prone to have packages stolen and of course we cannot leave them packages there solo. that’s my only issue.

I’m able to easily add instructions or have my packages held when I’m not around for pickup. Accurate timing and information gives you a sense of security. Friendly staff
I had a problem regarding my pickup as I requested someone to pick up some important documents to deliver them to my friend living abroad. The pickup man took more than one week to come so I contacted them, they apologized immediately and solved the problem within only 10 minutes. Two hours and they sent someone to pick up my documents!

The DHL team is so slow! I requested someone to pick up some documents in order to deliver them to my friend abroad. They took two weeks to confirm that someone will pick up the documents and he picked them up after one month of the request! Actually, they wasted my time.

Missing documents
My friend requested a DHL service to send me some important documents. I was surprised that the documents were missing!! Documents seem to be fetched and someone tried to read them and take the information. I do not recommend it at all.

Dhl gave me a quick service for my courier to reach the destination. There packaging is also very neat and safe for delicate products. I made a order online they came home picked the package on door step which was very convenient for me.

Not real promises
This delivery company doesn’t offer real promises. I contacted their team in order to send me someone to take some documents to deliver them to my sister living abroad. They claimed that someone will come to me after two days. I waited for 10 days with no show-up! So unprofessional team.

Don't trust
I don’t know where’s my package until now! I wanted to send a package to my friend in Dubai. I contacted DHL and they said that the package will be delivered two weeks later. Three weeks later, nothing was delivered so I tried to contact them. They avoided me and didn’t reply to me. Very unprofessional.

INCONSISTENT
I had an experienced with them before and so far I never experienced any delays nor bad service but now I never expected that I will experience delay from them. I checked the status online and it should be delivered last Friday but didn’t receive it at all. Gosh! What happened? No one even call me.

They are convenient and have been really helpful. But i cant help but mention that sometimes there is a delivery delay of as long as 2 weeks and it gets expensive sometimes.
