I spoke with their customer care, but he stated that due to system failures and other challenges, he is unable to check the status online. The most dreadful shopping experience

I can’t get in the app. Every time I try, it says I have no wifi. I’ve re loaded the app as well as my phone multiple times, I’ve turned my data on, turned wifi on and off and nothing is working. I even uninstalled and re installed the app. I’m still able to get into other apps that need wifi so there is something with this app.

Clothes are not good after wash
I loved the clothing once it was delivered. It was too good at the beginning but once i put it for wash all the Good things in cloths just came out on water. It became very sogy and when i wanted to iron alsi it was not good. Don’t cheat customer with cheap outfit material

waste
The new app is not user friendly at all, especially the checkout page. I would chose my ON credit card as the payment option and then put in the discount code and it would switch the payment method and put in a different code that raised the price. I had to redo the checkout multiple times to finally get it to work. Sometimes the account page doesn’t load so I can’t even make my credit card payment. Please fix the flaws or go back to the old app. It was clunky, but better than this.

Waste of money
The irony is that the company doesn’t live upto the standards it promises. The app catfishes us with pretty pictures and what gets delivered is totally not the same. It takes a lot of time to reach you and the products are of very poor quality. I just wore the shirt i got twice before the stitches gave away. STAY AWAY!

I ordered one t-shirt as a gift for my sister. They claimed that the order will arrive within only two days. I waited 5 days with no result. I contacted them but with no result and no reply also. Torned out clothes delivered to me
I ordered a top with funky cartoons on them since i love to wear such clothes.I found these store providing such Japanese style on dress. The quality of the products are extremely low and they also don’t even deliver it to your place on time. Do not recommend.

Do not recommend
I was looking forward to purchasing some traditional clothing but all in all this was a fail . The product never got delivered to my place and they haven’t even replied to my emails or given any sort of compensation .

Did not help
After searching for such clothing for so long i landed on them . But the product took so long to get delivered and it was hard to contact them for any updates on the shipping also . Once I received the product it turned out to be fault and I’m not content with what they have given me.

Not worthy of my Trust
I contacted them to check the status of my order because I cannot check it online and it’s been a week now and yet my order still not arrive. I spoke with their customer support but he said he cannot check the status online because he got system error and all. In fact that system error I also experienced that for 2 days that’s why I contacted them but I never expected that even to them they got the same problem and didn’t even have an alternative solution to it.

Unworthy and Very Slow process
I ordered a jacket from them online since last week of January but until now the item didn’t arrive yet. I will surely cancel my delivery and will get my money back. Never again to this site and I will never recommend them to anyone!

No Integrity
They don’t have a word of honor. I was informed yesterday that someone will assist me with the online purchase but no one ever assisted me at all! I was really mad and sad!

overpriced and irritating service
The shop keeps spamming just cuz i made one purchase. I am duly regretting buying a sweater from here. The cloth quality is horrible and my skin felt itchy. And it was waaaaaay overpriced considering the quality of the cloth. I could go on.
