Today, Visit Europa does not keep to their plans; when the trip started, the first destination, which had been chosen at the time of booking, had been changed; subsequently, citing time restrictions and bad weather, they decreased the destinations; there was no difficulty with timeliness. They do not stick to their plans, when the trip had started the first location was decided previously at the time of booking had been changed, then they reduced the locations by saying time constraints and bad weather, there was no timing issue. They schedule our return two before the departure date!

I booked a trip to Barcelona. Later, I found that at this time I cannot be out of the country. I contacted them to change my timings but they refused! Also, I asked them to have a return for my money as they claimed on their website but they replied to me very late and said that the money will be returned to my account within two weeks. Their website is horrible! I tried to open it from different browsers but with no response. It opened with me only one time, I tried to book a trip but there were unresponsive buttons on the website. After all of these tries, at the time it opened, five minutes and it crashed by itself!

DANGEROUS
This is dangerous! Me and my friend got scammed by them. We were informed that they will process everything for us, we just need to submit documents and pay, so that’s what we did so we waited a week for the travel process and all but when we contacted them again they were out of reached.
