On-call, my company’s purchaser confirmed the price of two machines and indicated that they would supply these machines at these rates; nevertheless, when the bills were given, the prices were added and stated that this was the prior pricing on the day you acquired the product. Unpleasant!
First, I was motivated since my company partners and I chose to open an office. Unfortunately, it took 2 days for me to reach terrazzo, and you can not contact them in just one day. They don’t know how to run their services. They should not just focus on one aspect, but also take client pleasure into consideration.

If you’re looking for a reliable and budget friendly source of products then look again. Terrazzo is not reliable and it tries to canvas you into buying expensive products from them that does not even match the quality demanded.

Terrazzo promised to fulfill what I expected in my house but they did not do it up to now. I had a bargain with them about their service. I’ve been waiting for a month where they actually said it’s not going to take a month.

Everything is not delivered together!
After a long waiting time, the products are delivered. Things are always of low quality and most products always ship short of the whole number if ordered in bulk. Their customer interaction must also be worked on.

Loss of investors!
It is often the case that investors pay large fees for the construction of new projects, which is the same money that may be spent anywhere else. This has to change and investors should be better protected by investment schemes of quality.

In comparison to other construction companies, the price of their products is expensive. They are lazy suppliers of services. When I say that I have to get something done immediately they will not take my request into account and will move very slowly

Very slow
There are many a times the case where the investors are stuck paying hefty charges to the build up of upcoming projects and this is the same money that cant be used elsewhere. This needs to change and the investors should be more safeguarded towards quality investment schemes.

Bad customer team
The customer team keep telling that they are working on processing cancellation but they end up doing literally nothing. The chief lady was very keen about getting money giving 2 reminders over phone and messages initially. But as soon as the cancellation request was given she has been denying phone calls and telling that she forgot to check with team.

Poor implementation.
They advertise on being professionals but fail to deliver any kind of help. I tried to get their help on renovating my house and they lead me on for 2 months by being indecisive and not getting any work done. Many other professionals offer better services at cheaper rates.

Regret! Why I bought from them
The material they are providing are not of excellent quality, all the stock was used which bought from them, I need more so I called them again but no one responding so I called another supplier he send me the same material and that was better than terrazzo company. I have regretted that why I had purchased from them.

I want some material as I want to change the roofs in my office, I called and told them that I have this type of office and also inform them about the material too which used previously and asked for their suggestions to provide the best material as I want to give a rich look, but the material they send was of low quality. Unethical
My company’s purchaser finalized the price of two machines on call that they will provide these machines at these rates but when they send the invoices the prices has been added and said that was the previous price the day you buy the product price was changed. So unethical, at least they should inform us!

As an architect-engineer, I heard about this company and I was thinking that they’ll help me regarding everything in construction as they’ve high-end products for the construction industry. But when I asked about what I want regarding my work, they delivered a totally different product without even explaining why this happened. Not recommended.

Higher prices compared to the services they're offering
I was so encouraged to contract them as I saw that their website is professional and I thought that they’re knowledgeable about what they’re offering their customers. Unfortunately, I found that the price they want is so high regarding the services they’re providing me. I would do it at any other company with half the price they wanted from me.

The manager here is unprofessional. I asked suggestion of the material needed or that would fit to my wall but you know what, he told me to choose it by myself. I really cannot believe with what he said, he doesn’t show any respect knowing that he is a manager. Not recommended!
