Lost money
I lost money, not through trading When I request to withdraw money, after 1 or 3 minutes it showed me “request is sucess”, But it didn’t get credited to my account.I have not been able to find out where their customer service.

You can not talk to anyone unless you wait on hold for an hour plus. Their chat is an hour and a half wait minimum.They will send you messages to call them about your account – instead of sending the info via message. Terrible costumer service.

If you want to do business, don’t count on them. I live in Holland and wanted to sell my product. They are supposed to serve as intermediaries to trade. At first, they just said they helped, and later on, when I approached them, they gave no details.

Don’t rely on them if you wanted to do trading. I reside in Germany and wanted to do trading of my product to usa. I claimed this website service for trading they act as intermediators to do trading.
