Fancy website with no outcome
Very bad service. Don’t believe in them by seeing the website. It has so much good information and there is no much of good service from them. I took there service for selling my goods but there was no enough outcome from them. Not really satisfied from the service.

I want to expand my business, I contacted them as they said that they are the global company, to assist and helps you to prosper when I asked them to guide me as I want my business presence in China they are not suggesting something real, that can be implemented, they have made fantasies about international trade.

They are deceiver, my friend he wants to go for international business, but when he paid 25% amount for the trading license, after taking money they hide away, phone not answering and office closed. Scammers!

This doesn’t seem a world-class global company, there is no customer service, no one available here to assist you, what are the actual services they are offering, not get it. then how it becomes a global company.

Nothing to offer
They do not have plans to offer an international trade facility, they even do not have an idea about the international trade system, when I spoke to them they said we have our agents across the country, we will connect you to them, that’s it. But here they do not have anything to offer.

Not trustful
Don’t rely on them if you wanted to do trading. I reside in Germany and wanted to do trading of my product to usa. I claimed this website service for trading they act as intermediators to do trading. At first they just put like they are helping then later on they didn’t give any information whenever i contacted them. Don’t trust these people.

No Communication
They are not communicating properly with me then how could they facilitate about international trade system, it is important to know everything about the international trade system then to start. But they are not responding as I tried to reach them but couldn’t do so.

Not up to the mark
I wanted to do trading by means of this website. I made a call to them i reside in usa and wanted to do trading in all other countries but they didn’t give me a prior information regarding trading and there reply was not clear as i expected it to be.

Can't communicate properly
The team is such ridiculous, I am asking about the documentation process the license and he answered me yes we will take you to the privileged companies for trading, I made a question and got an irrelevant answer, they are lacking in their communication!

They are not so easy to work with, they exaggerate things and make your process delayed, they are seriously not helpful at all, I made a mistake to started work with them!

Licensed Issue
They have fewer plans to offer to their clients when it comes to getting a license for international trade they are not helpful, if they are not helping to get the license for international trade then their business plans are useless, without a license no one can go for it!

They do not have such business plans to offer their clients, they said they will assist you to flourish your business via an international trade plan. But there are many loopholes in their business plans which they are offering.

I wanted to be a supplier as they stated on their website. I contacted their customer service but they replied in a very careless manner with inappropriate replies. I was shocked as I see that their website is good and they’re offering good services.

Joining them to improve your business is hard
If you have a small business in the USA with good services and products and wanted to improve your business and market in China, don’t ever try this company. I tried to join them but it was very difficult as they need a lot of documents and they don’t even care about you! Not recommended at all.

They are just liars, I contacted their representative, she put me on hold for so long, and then she connects me to the concerned person and he just said, go to our website. How irresponsible they are. Don’t go for it.

This company is a fraud. They do not give you any information regarding international trade or any other business services of any sort. Decline to help me with the growth of my small business but it was all futile. Please look for a better option on your own .
