    I had made my first transaction with this bank, and my funds were stuck; it showed that the funds were deducted but not transferred to the person to whom I wanted to send them. I called their customer service, and they said it was their problem; I am their customer, dealing with their bank, and they said it was their problem!

    I put money into this bank because they promised me a greater rate of return, but I didn’t obtain a good return and lost all of my money. Do not put your trust in them to invest your money because they lack experience in stock investing and there is a great danger of losing money.

    This bank is not at all professional! My debit card was not working in my online buying, thus I had a problem. I tried numerous times but received errors. I called their customer support department, but they placed me on hold for an hour before disconnecting the connection!

    They promised me stable prices, but each of their services is more expensive. I transferred money from this bank to another bank, and they deducted a higher amount than other banks. Second, they claimed that when I receive a message on my phone regarding a transaction, this service is free, but they have been deducting money from my account for the past three months.

    This bank isn’t very capable! I was concerned because my debit card was not working in my internet transactions. I tried over and over, but there were always mistakes. When I called their customer service department, they put me on hold for an hour before terminating the line!

    I wanted to learn more about their services, so I contacted their customer service department, but it took me around 30 minutes to get through to them. And when I spoke with the support, he was not even pleasant to me, and instead of providing what I requested, he sent me to his supervisor, and I had to wait another 30 minutes.     DNB customer service called me to offer a credit card with cashback %, I agreed and issued the credit card from them. They stated that it will be delivered within 10 days from the issuing date. I waited for 20 days but with no result!! I called them but they said that they’ve issued it and nothing they can do more!!
