poor customer care service
Very poor customer care service. Once my spin reward amount was not credited to my account. After explaining my whole problem to customer care person in chat, he said “please wait for 48 hrs. ,we are escalating your issue to internal team”.

Worst credit card company ever. I’ve kept a zero balance, in addition to paying their ridiculous annual fee, but I get random balances due, for no apparent reason. Nothing shows in transaction history

I can’t add a card. I’ve tried multiple times to do this function, but it simply gives me a generic error message asking if I’ve put my information in correctly. I tried with the username and it was instantaneous. Pretty frustrating way to waste half an hour.

This card will decline purchases periodically and claim it was a fraud alert. Then you will get a text asking if it was you after you have already been declined.

Worst experience
Tried 3 different cards with verified funds and after waiting 4 minutes on each, it says cannot do transaction. I have been doing this every day for 4 days now and all customer service says is to try again another couple of days.

Long wait for damaged card!!!
It was damaged after a three-day wait for the card to be delivered. The ezzocard team told me to wait for someone to pick it up and send me another but I have not heard anything from them yet.

Bad customer care
I was billed wrongly and i didn’t pay the bill. I sent in the information they requested prior to the due date they provided me. I received an email stating the account was closed due to a failure to provide these documents.

Unprofessional demeanor!
What they state on their website isn’t at all what they provide. They only want your money and nothing else. They claim there is no monthly cost for the cards purchased from ezzocard. I discovered that there is a monthly cost that I must pay in order to use the card. Total fraud.

Unfaithful!
After reading all the information on their website, I bought a card from them. Sadly when I got my card I found out it at a monthly rate! I was shocked because they told me that there’s no monthly charge on their cards. I wanted to cancel the card but they are telling me no that there is a charge for canceling the card too.

Does not recognize all currencies
They mentioned that their cards support any currency around the globe. My card has not yet been able to recognize the currency of my country! I’ve been trying many times but no result.

Difficult to reach
It’s really hard to get through. In just 60 seconds you cannot contact them, you really need to spend about 2 hours talking to them because the call will go through so many virtual assistants and all the questions they ask are so irrelevant for a first-time customer.

This is not a secure card to use, I want to pay my bills online, as I used this card, when I entered the card number and the amount they send me some four-digit code on my phone I have entered that for the confirmation, after one hour I got a message that all the amount has been transferred to somebody’s else account. Such a fraud.

Registration for the black card!
As per their website, they’re claiming that the black card offered by them doesn’t need a registration. When I contacted them, they told me that this was an offer and has expired now! I’ve to register like any card offered on their website! Not professional at all.

No point to buy this card
They are not offering such offers on their credit card, I am already using another credit card I have offers on that credit card and the services are good, when I checked their services I find the same but differ in service charges. Ezzo Prepaid credit card has higher service charges.

Misleading information
What they’re claiming on their website isn’t what they offer at all! They just want to grab your money nothing more. They’re claiming that there’s no monthly fee for the cards but actually when I purchased the card, I found that there’s a hidden monthly fee I must pay in order to use the card every month!

Weird
It is weird that they issued the anonymous card, which I will not prefer and the term validity they offer for the card is 6 months to one year which is less, which means I have to apply for this card every year or after every six months. This is not a suitable option.

Bothersome
When I received the card I used it for a month without any hassle but, now this is like a problem, whenever I go for to pay my card bill it requires at least 25 minutes to pay the amount their system is slow or don’t know having any issue with the card, I called to their helpline for this issue, they said All, okay but I didn’t find it all right!

Not working

I purchased the blue card from them after I read all the features of it on their website. I received my card but unfortunately, I found that there’s a monthly fee on it! I was so surprised as they stated on their website that there’s no monthly fee for the blue card. I contacted them and they said that it’s a new feature they didn’t provide on their website!
