Takes forever!
It took 2.5 months to create the Web site and at the beginning, kepos365 stated that they would complete the entire design in ten days. But they took longer than that.

Poorly designed
I took up there service to have our company website designed. My boss gave the work to me and I trusted this website since it was promising for me. They took more than the time alocated for designing and the website was not even proper to look. Poorly designed and was so low grade. It made my job so tough.

Self proclaimed experts in creating professional websites but their behavior is far from professional; they are delaying the completion of the design as it has been weeks since they stated they would deliver a rough copy of the design. No work has been done to date.

Money hoarders!
Before the briefing stage began, the manager asked me to pay for the entire thing. Web production lasted 4 months and was expected to last less than 2 weeks. I definitely wasted my money on this

Not suitable for the whole populace
Kepos only focuses on chinese companies and it’s their biggest drawback. The customer service doesn’t bother to even answer your queries and comes off as extremely impolite. Language barrier is also a big issue. Offered price is far away from what you actually have to pay. very disappointing.

Costly
Their facilities are not that special for so much money! Even before asking what exactly I need, they asked about money. They told me they needed the money to get my website started. And they didn’t mention that they had no deposit of paid cash before I started work when I called them for two days. A business that is not professional.

Drawback of language
The contents are available in Chinese on the website tab, the content must be translated and the main concept must only be in English, not the whole content. The entire thing is in Chinese.

Difficult to understand the designer

Lazy Web Designer
They took two and half months to design the website, in the start they said they will they finish the entire designing process in 10 days that was more but I said okay, and the rest will be done in a week or so. But they took more time, their work is okay but they required more time. Seems lazy.

Money stealers
They are absolute money stealers. All they do is take your money and never do your work on time. I wanted them to design me a simple website for my company and they gave me few pages and costed me more than the estimation.

Their website seems professional but it is not easy to reach them, finally, I reached them after 5 attempts, I said I want to design my website as I have a small business of handbags, I told them my few requirements, they simply refuse and said rudely we are not making designs for these types of products.

I wanted to have a website for my company. I found this Chinese website even though the website they provided wasn’t clear to understand. I contacted the number mentioned since they are designing at very low cost when compared to all other companies i contacted. The person who took the phone couldn’t able to clearly answer my queries. High prices
I am just surprised as their services aren’t unique to ask for such an amount of money! They asked about money even before asking what I need exactly. They told me that they wanted the money in order to start working on my website. Frustrating
Lazy team, they said they required a month to design a website according to my requirements and they took three and half months to finish the task. After two months I was started getting frustrated.

They are costly and lazy team, their designs are not user-friendly, at that time I had no choice, I request them that I need this web development on an urgent basis they agreed, that they will take one week to complete the assignment but unfortunately they didn’t commit to their words, and they already took heavy advanced from me. The website was working very well in the first 2 weeks and then it crashed multiple times and then not even working. When I asked them for the solution they took more than 3 working days as they claimed that their server was accidentally down! Not recommended at all. disrupted my business
