Die chart is ineffective
I was hoping to get a dietician’s online diet chart. When I saw this website and spoke with the gentleman who ran it, he recommended a diet chart for me. Resistance to weight loss is incorrect
More than 5 pounds was too much for the yellow resistance bands! The yellow resistance bands can hold up to 10 pounds, according to its website, which includes a table. Unfortunately, it couldn’t take more than 5 pounds when I tried it! It is strongly discouraging.

Fit indoor have bad delivery services, and when I asked them to send me four extra exercise bands because I would pay for them, they answered, “OK, we’ll send you.” When I opened the package, however, there was no extra band. I phoned them again, and they stated they would deliver those bands in two days. Well, it is now the tenth day, and no one has arrived to provide those bands, and I have yet to receive an apology call from them.

Twisted
I used them for hip and leg workouts and they keep sliding and twisting every second. Their range of motion is very limited and easily twists and pinches the skin like a rubber band.

Does not help improve our physique
The bands were delivered late and the packaging was not at all good. I tried working out with them but they seemed too stiff and way harder for people starting out for the first time. Totally different item delivered
I really don’t know what to say!! A totally different item was delivered on two consecutive days! The first time, I contacted them, they apologized and someone came to pick it up and exchange it with the one I order. Surprisingly, the next order was delivered with the same wrong product! So unprofessional and will never try them again.

Worst Experience
They have poor delivery services and the other thing I asked them to please provide me four exercise bands extra, as I will pay them for that, they said okay, we will send you. But when I open the packing, there was no extra band there. I called them again they said we will deliver those bands in two days, believe me, it is the 10th day no one came to bring those bands not even I didn’t receive any apology call from them.

Disappear after getting the order

Weight Resistance is wrong
Yellow resistance bands couldn’t handle more than 5LB! They’re claiming on their website with the table available that the yellow resistance bands can handle up to 10LB. Unfortunately, when I tried it, it couldn’t handle more than 5LB! Not recommended at all.
