Very easy interface

The flights are usually ok and not delayed. seating space, too tight and therefore uncomfortable for long distance flight. They sometimes don’t have vegetarian food….

I really want to give the app a 5-star ranking, but I can’t. The reasons: 1) After I checked-in I was not able to add more passengers with the same booking reference to check-in afterwards, so I called helpline. The Helpline was not able to help me and said that he check-in had to be done at the counter.

App Issues
I travel a lot and I’ve used various sites to book my ticket online. Last time I used this app and I can say for sure… I’m never using anything else! This is by far the best app to find cheap airline tickets but sometimes the app keep closing on its own. Please fix it!!!!

Cost efficient
Airlines tickets are very cheap when compared to all other airlines. I can easily make cancellation at any time i wanted which is the reason for me to book tickets with them. Good and efficient costumer care service.

I am finding my tickets through Klm regularly. Usually, everything go well.

Comfortable to travel

I booked a flight for my next vacation but lately, I found that I’ve so much thing to do at this time so I couldn’t travel. I requested to refund my money cash. Unfortunately, they declined my request as they only accept card refunds!!

In flight entertainment
I’ve been traveling by KLM airlines for more than five years now. This airline is my favorite as it offers perfect features regarding the flights. They’ve amazing flight entertainment including wifi, TV, and movies. Every time I travel with them, I really enjoy the trip so much.

Long time refund
KLM is my favorite airline in the past 10 years, but an issue happened with me in my last vacation booking. I booked my vacation, afterward, I wanted to cancel it. The refund of the tickets took really a long time while it can only take two days maximum!

Duplicated seat
I found myself and other passenger having the same seat number, flight number, and flight day!! The crew is arguing and I do not know what to say actually but it was one of my worst flights ever with KLM.

Payment issue
While booking a trip to Italy, the website crashed. I was at the payment step, the money was debited from my account but the KLM website shows that there was no transaction made. Just ten minutes later, I found an email from the company apologizing and saying that it was a mistake from their website and they’ll solve it. Perfect service!!

Flights are not that good
I booked a flight on klm. It was my first time in booking flights in klm. Everything is all ok not that much to the grade. professional staff’s are there to handle the passengers. But flight standards is not that much as i expected. Overall its not a bad experience.

High prices
I decided to go on vacation to Germany, so I searched for the prices of the flights. I found that KLM airline’s prices are higher than any other airline. Quite expensive for the flight services offered!

Delicious meals
Most of the airlines have average taste meals on board. Unfortunately, KLM has the best and most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten on any airline. Perfect taste and service.

Always updated
They have a very knowledgeable customer service team. As I booked a trip ticket to Rome, few days before the flight date, I found an email from KLM stating that the trip will be delayed one hour. They also called me to confirm that I’ve read the email.

One of the best Dutch Airlines that I have traveled with in my entire life. If you’re relatively new, I would totally recommend you to look into KLM. Really really comfortable journey regardless of how long your plane is. Felt very much at ease when using them.

Very Slow
I already booked with them and my ticket is refundable but when something came up I cancelled my flight and requested for a refund. Until now still waiting for my refund. I’ve waited for almost a month now. I’m very disappointed, they have a very slow service.

Oldest but Greatest
This might be an oldest airlines but they are great on attending the passengers. They serve a delicious meal and all the flight attendant there is always smiling so warm. Great people and great airline I must say.
