Totally demolished

The absolute terrible wine ever

I can’t describe how humiliating it feels in front of my friends, whom I had invited over. I eagerly served them, but as soon as they took a sip and I saw their emotions, I realized something wasn’t right, and I took a sip and felt sick.

Delivery was extremely late!

pathetic service
Extremely bad customer service. Takes very long to deliver. If u haven’t ordered yet pls don’t try it as it is pathetic. Return and refund process is almost impossible with this website. Far below expectation.

I had an awful time with sativo royal, really! Can you imagine it takes approximately a day to settle my order? My time is valuable and, because of their stupidity, I do not want to squander it. Not recommended!

Not interested!!
The product is very unappealing to the palette. The cbd and wine combo doesn’t really go together and doesn’t provide any kind of new and interesting tastes. It pretty much tastes like wine with a really bad aftertaste.

Destroyed packaging!
I ordered their wine, but it was destroyed by the time it reached. I requested a refund or another replacement for the merchandise, but no refund was given. For the last few days, they have not answered my appeals either.

Tastes awful
It tasted like a soft drink and it seem to be like a wine of low quality. Package was not good and my delivery bag was so soggy half of the bottle got leaked.Overall not worth the buy.

Really bad combo!!
I never understood the point of this product and how cbd would be incorporated with wine. Even though i tried giving it a shot. Immediately regretted my decision. One of the worst combinations out there.

Tasted like grape and vinegar mix
Wine taste was so horrible and it was not upto the expectation. It tasted like grape juice and vinegar mixed up in a bottle. I gave the entire bottle to my maid. It was not worth the buy.

I have bought many wine but it’s price is very much high when compared to all other wine i have bought. Taste wise also its very much average and not worth for that much cost. Need more changes in there listings of price.

Waste

Lot of sugar

The scent that comes from the bottle is really nasty. Personally, I didn’t like the wine’s taste. At a very modest price, I can purchase a nice wine. I also had difficulty opening the bottle. The packaging was very inconvenient!

Weirdest product ever!!

Would not come back.
I placed an order for a bottle of wine with them. It was supposedly delivered in two days, according to them but had not reached. When the bottle arrived, I tested it and discovered that it had a really unpleasant flavor! It seems to me it was a very low-cost wine with a really terrible flavor.

Dreadful taste and service!!!
Waited more than a month to get my order delivered. I called up the customer service many times and was unavailable most of the time. Finally tasted it and i immediately stopped as it was not something I’d prefer and it upset my stomach. Please be wary people.

I want a refund!!!

Taste is not upto the expectation
I had this wine because my friend said it would taste good. I trusted her and placed the order. It had such a good reviews and i was very excited to taste the new flavour. But once the bottle was delivered it was a total disappointment. Wine was so less in taste and it had a very foul smell.

Cheap wine with bad taste
Very bad experience! I ordered a bottle of wine from them. They said that it will be delivered within two days. When the bottle came, I tried it and found that it has a really bad taste! They’re claiming that it is a cocktail mix from dry wine and CBD! But all that I found is a very cheap type of wine with very bad taste.

Embarrassed
I am always fond of trying new drinks and wine, I heard about this sativo royal, so I also tried this one, because this is new to me, I can’t explain how it feels so embarrassing in front of my friends whom I invited them at my place, I excitedly serve them but when they take a sip and I saw the expressions I felt that something wrong, and then I took a sip and it feels like vomiting.

Online Purchase issue
They had an issue through online payments, credit card purchased the bottle 2 times although I added 1 bottle to the cart. Surprisingly I did not receive my cashback. I expected better service in addition to the bad odor!

The order arrived 5 days after I asked for it! I had already traveled back! I do not know how is that even possible since they claim it will be same-day delivery. 2 bottles took more than even the time to drink both just to arrive.

Bad Taste
