Overly slow

Really let down!!
The process of documentation and registration to get a card approved is a very big hassle. They ask you for a ton of details and they do not process it through and accept your request for a long while. i still have not received my card.

Stuck in middle
I started an account with them. It took weeks to get funds transferred in to the payment made failure after failure and when all that finally got worked out I couldn’t use them for everything.

Huge bother for card documentation!
Card documentation is a huge bother. To process my documents I had to keep phoning them several times, but I still didn’t get a card. A bank is far quicker than this

Really hated the service!

False benefits and hidden charges!
The virtual card came with a lot of benefits which were claimed. But the card took time to be delivered and the documentation took 3 months to be processed. I had to call and urge them a lot of times. They charged me every single time i tried to use it and i haven’t topped it up after the first use. Totally would not recommend

Card has not been delivered yet
I did not yet receive my card. I visited their office, they told me their card was in the central office, I visit there, they said that they sent it my card to the nearest office. They literally only had one job to do and they are failing at that too.

Customer care is not good
I tried to have this credit card but there customer care was not helpful and they kept on skipping my questions by answering with different reply. There only moto is to convince the customers to buy the card. Its a total trap.

Deduct service charges every month
Every month they deduct a certain amount from my card by saying these are our service charges, but at the time of placing an order for the card, they said that they will take this service charge annually.

It is not easy to get a virtual credit card, they have a lot of requirements and need a lengthy documentation process to get a virtual credit card, plus they require three recommendations that the buyer is trustworthy and his all dues! It is nasty!

Charge is high
I got this card every easily and tried using it in everywhere i go. Once the payment came i was really shocked to find out that they have charged for everytime you use the card.payment was very high rather than how much i spent. I wanted to surrender the card but they didn’t take it as easy as i got them.

Shopping internationally isn't working
I purchased one of their virtual credit cards as I love online shopping either locally or internationally. I tried to shop with it internationally but It doesn’t work! I tried to contact their customer service, they said that they’ll solve the problem but it has been two weeks now and the problem wasn’t solved.

They’re providing a code on their website to get 5% when paying with Bitcoin. I tried it more than once and with different browsers but the website always says that it is invalid.

After a month finally I have received my card, I was so excited when open the packed envelop to see my card, but when I look at the card it was so horrible, the first name on the card was mine and the last was someone’s else name. How careless they are!

I was excited about virtual credit card, but the process to get that card I faced was so terrible, they asked me to visit their three branches in one day and that was a form which was needed to be filled with three different stamps in one day with three different branches and meanwhile, I have to manage my office as well. Can’t explain in words how I felt.

Slow delivery
