My friend recommended this website for me and my sister as we’re trying to begin our small business so she said that It would help us. I opened the website and tried to know who’s the one behind all those articles but I couldn’t. He even didn’t put any picture of him or even his story or who he is!

At first, when I heard about this website I couldn’t even clarify its aim! Then I tried to open it as I knew that it helps start-ups in their businesses. When I opened it, I misunderstood so many things on the website. There’s no clear purpose except articles!

I am unable to understand what they actually talking about, I have visited their website, nothing was written clearly, I have seen this sharing the experiences of a start-up in so-called developing countries but how it is possible? when they are not giving strategy or guidelines. There is no relevant information available on the website, their customer service representative just ask me what I want, she said I am going to note down your queries, and then our concerned person will call you, means their staffs are not well informed, and no one called me back. It is been more than 10 days passed.

As a startup businessman, I wanted to take some information from their website as they claimed that they’re providing information regarding startups! Unfortunately, I found some big paragraphs with no clear information about the stuff they’re providing! Very disappointing.

They are the whom you cannot trust them they just play with your ideas take you to the dream world and gives you nothing, they overstate about their services but nothing to offer to a single service properly. Seriously don’t go for it, search for another option.

Inconvenient!
I contacted their support to know more about their services. Imagine I waited 30 minutes to speak with them. And when I spoke with the support she didn’t even apologize to me for the inconvenience. Disapproved!

A fraud
One conversation with them and you just know that they are misinformed. I made a huge mistake trusting these people to carve out my experience. As a customer, its my right to know what im paying for or to get my questions answered but apparently thats not what the customer service believes! rude and unprofessional! really not recommended
