payment always fails
Evey single time I make an order, my payment always fails. There are absolutely no issues on my end. Then I need to go back in the app to pay, and it accepts it. Why? Waste of time.

Need to improve
Great cab service but could be improved a lot with low fare rides especially in the crowded stations and airports. They still have not solved the problem of “driver calling the rider about the name of destination after placing a ride request”.

Cabs are well kept but take too long in reaching you. Quite often they will cancel their cab , when you would have already waited for a long time. But if you cancel the cab for a genuine reason, they will charge you for that .

Quick pick up
Best hailing app since cars were invented. Quick pick up. Excellent routes suggested. Only issue I have is customer service that’s unreasonable. I was charged for waiting fee whilst the driver was at fault.

Drivers always reject
Excellent ride. some driver was very knowledgeable about roadway and traffic patterns. Friendly and personable driver but some of the Drivers always reject the booking. They usually say that they will come and made me wait.

worked great
Overall worked great. A few rough edges, particularly around user feedback and input (I put in a date and location at the beginning of a form, and they didn’t persist to the confirmation page so I had to do it again). That being said the driver was nice and on time. Easy to spot the cab and the app tells out the license plate number to confirm you are getting into the right car 😀

Rash drivers
I booked a cab from them for travelling to office. The cab driver got another booking so he started to drive the car very fast and it was such a rash driving. When i asked him to slow down also he is not ready to do.

Easy to book
Booking a cab is made easy with uber. Easy cancellation and very low fare for travelling. I personally use uber for night drives since its very safe for travelling.

good service
I’ve been using Uber long time and it’s a good service. The only problem is that whenever you get an estimate of the waiting time for the driver to arrive at the pickup point it is often wrong. for example it might say ‘2 minutes’ but the driver will arrive only after 5 minutes… other than that I like Uber.

Works well
Works well except that it assigned my destination a few blocks from my actual destination and on another street. I confirmed I put in the address correctly twice and it still did it. I had to tell the driver how to get to where I was going as they were being misled by the application.

Uber is very customer friendly and i can go with there drive at any time. App is very useful to book the cab drive. I prefer them at all time whenever i need a cab. safe to drive and easy to pay them. There is lot of offers as well for regular customer

hardly helped
It’s very easy to use and simple. Was able to quickly call a cab in an area where ride-sharing doesn’t cover, but the rest of the experience was awful. The destination and pick-up info was reversed and my requirement for payment type got lost. In an already stressful situation, the extra trouble hardly helped. Recommend if you’re in a tough spot, but use other methods if you have options.

Good drivers
On an unfortunate day, I booked through these guys. I set my pick up as 08.00 AM.As soon as my payment was made, they updated pick up time to 09.10 AM.I told customer service – this does not work for me. They do nothing to help.
Thankfully Driver provided to me was good and he tried to pick up at the earliest and saved the day.

Unprofessional drivers
My experience is good with Uber , but sometimes the driver seems to be unprofessional by cancelling the ride by themselves, and the we have to pay the cancellation fee. Before the ride starts they usually call and ask the destination and if it doesn’t suits them they cancel the ride. This has happened with me 2 to 3 times.

Drivers are shocking
Happy with the App but the Drivers are shocking! I’ve had drivers just drive past me on the side of the road and just continue on, I’ve had drivers accept my ride that are in my neighbourhood and then they end up in the opposite direction before picking me up? I enjoyed the app and the prices for the most part but it’s too much of a coin flip whether you get a good driver or late to work…

Its cheaper then a taxi .The app and service provided was Good but Customer care support are bad no response.Errors while editing ride. Most of the times it takes longer for the driver to get to me then it does for me to get to my destination

Uncomfortable
When I started using the Uber it was really enjoyable but after they changed some of the pick-up specifics it is actually awful to use. The driver can accept the order when he is completing a trip a hundred miles away and the wait time is around 15-20 minutes. The thing is that when you order a cab you expect it to arrive in 5-10 minutes, cause you are late somewhere or have a bus. I also have a problem of my payment being transfer not after the ride but before it and its really uncomfortable.

Quick on service
There car is all good and the drivers are safe to travel during night time. I make booking even during night time and i can hire a cab as minimum of 20 mins. Easy service and customer care is also friendly when i did cancellation of the cab.

Yesterday, I tried to book a trip to my work as usual. The app was too slow and opened after some time. I tried to reload but it wasn’t responding! I tried to book the trip but with no results. Buttons weren’t responding! Waste of time.

Paid twice
I had a big problem with UBER as I booked a trip and paid by MasterCard. When the driver arrived and we’re done with the trip, he said that the payment didn’t happen and that he wanted the money again cash!! Untrustworthy company.

30 minutes waiting
Worst experience and waiting. I ordered UBER as I was in a hurry and wanted to do some tasks on my way to work. I have been waiting for the driver for almost 30 minutes! After he came, he was very annoyed that I tried to call the company! Actually, I do not know how do they accept such an attitude for an important job like this.

I was scheduling a ride on their app for tomorrow morning. I paid by MasterCard but when I checked my bank messages, I found that they took more money than stated on the app! Not secure at all.

Delay in service
I booked a car to travel for a nearby place from my house. Since the kilometres is very near i couldn’t able to find a single cab for half and hour through the app. I tried a lot but there was no acceptance of short drive of cab by any drivers. Disappointed even if the distance is small they should be accepted

I booked a ride to my university this morning. The captain was quiet at the beginning of the ride but afterward, he tried to ask so many questions about everything. My name, where do I come from and my parent’s jobs as well! I didn’t feel secure at all.

Very high prices and not professional
So many other companies working on the same services but with lower prices than those of Uber. I personally tried Uber and tried other companies but unfortunately, I would recommend any other company than Uber. Their drivers aren’t professional and some of them have a rude attitude towards customers.

Not safe to travel.
I made a booking for a travel to my office which was peak hour of traffic cab driver arrived late for my pickup point. Once the journey started he took some short cuts to reach my office and very rash driving through out the journey. Uber needs to take action on such drivers.

Not easy to find a cab when in rush
When ever i wanted to go out in hurry i dont rely on them for cab. App sometime crashes and takes long time to finalise the ride. Need modification and quick service.

I would not suggest their app if you are unfamiliar with the place because they could easily miss lead you and miss charge you. Kind of tedious if you don’t live in the prime part of the city because it is hard to find a location. Some of them are very mean to you as well. Only if you have no other option should you use them.

Quick and up to the point. When you need to get to meeting or are use Uber. They have reasonable prices and ratings and good people who have given me so far. As long as it is during the right time of the day they won’t have any delay either. Recommend it.

Took so long for them to find my location and they cancel rides very often when it is important . Very time-consuming and not worth all the hype at all . Better is to books cab on your own and not through uber .

One of the best decisions that I have done is to download uber after moving to another country for university . I am unfamiliar with the routes here and uber has helped me reach to many interviews on time .I recommend to anyone new or travelling .

Should make the prices affordable
The prices are too high. I would understand if they have a reputation for being on time but thats not the case.Theyre late alot of times. Other than that, the drivers are nice and will make you feel safe.
