Nice user friendly
Didn’t get any option to temporarily turn off different transaction types for my credit card e.g. I want to turn ATM withdrawal transactions off for any credit card, or tap and pay only when I need.

HSBC savings
I have been a HSBC savings account holder for 4 yrs now and also have been a Credit Card holder from the bank and credit cards from SBI . Believe me, HSBC is the best!!

This HSBC websites makes payments and checking balances, transactions super easy. Balance update quickly. But the camera feature needed to deposit checks often does not work at all.

Easier to use
Much easier to use and transfer money. I thought I set up bank alerts for direct deposits and balance info, but I never get them so will try again and hope it works. So there’s still room for improvement.

HSBC Bank is one of the best banking service provider. I used to other bank before I shifted to HSBC , but Don’t take ur loan with this bank…When you are going to close the loan account, It take the future interest charges from you.

This Website user friendly …it makes payments checking and checking balances, transactions, etc. super easy. Balance update quickly. I was notified about being qualified for a credit increase and was approved instantly after answering a couple of basic questions.

mobile depositing
It was great and never had a problem depositing hand written checks, but now it never reads them. Don’t fix what’s not broken when you try to simplify mobile depositing.

Bank website
Hsbc Bank website is good. It works well but the only thing is it goes down often and you cant check your account in any way shape or form. I wish when it goes down, you could still view your balances.

Not a bad app
Not a bad app!!! Never had any issues glitching or loading. App lets you preform most common transactions right from your phone. My only complaint is this- it’s HIGHLY impractical not to have a way to search through your transaction history for specific transactions.

App crashing
Excellent service within a minute. I just clicked on the statement of mine in this app, it quickly downloaded in pdf format and saved in my mobile in few seconds without any interruptions, but the app is very bad its crashing continuously after update.

good app
Good app seems like a beautiful lie. Whenever I can get it to work it would be an actual “good app”. However it only works 50% of the time and always needs to be connected to the Wi-Fi that I have set the app. It’s so frustrating when you are out on daily routine or the grocery store and suddenly realize ‘Oh, I forgot to put money on my card from my other account.’ Or ‘Wait do I have enough available for this purchase?’ Only to be followed by 25 minutes of receiving login errors after many attempt

Slow app
App is extremely slow !!!Very Slow responsive banking app ever seen. Most of options in main menu will throw a blank page. The app has suddenly stopped working on my phone and mainly I use now is Biometric, either fingerprint or Iris. HSBC seems to always be a bit slow in catching up

network errors
Simple was a great bank with truly innovative features.ne of the best features they had was being able to transfer funds from your personal account, to a friend who has an account with Simple as well.
There are so many network errors on their end now that my money is being held hostage at this point. I can’t move it. I can’t load the app.

good account
My company gave me a salary account from HSBC and i have opened the account in the year of May 2017. Its a zero balance account to use. Its good to use the Internet banking and mobile app facility. I have visited their branch once because of changing my net banking pin and the response is superb. They do not take any extra charges from customer’s account without customer’s knowledge.

ATM never works
We can trust on HSBC. I have an account from last 7 year.and I hadn’t any problem with this bank,but one issue is their ATM’S never work. Sometimes moeny isn’t available in the ATM, sometimes internal error, sometimes something else.

am experiencing a lot of issues during these weeks. Application is not working properly, can’t log-in sometines, even if we could log-in, it is too slow to use. I have send many e-mails to the customer care team, every time I am geting replys from the team but no solution so far.

Slow services
I had a problem with one of their services. I requested to open a bank account. The customer service requested some documents to complete the request so I gave the documents to them. They claimed that opening the account will only take 2-3 days, unfortunately, it took more than 15 days to open the account! They’re too slow and affected my performance.

Fast delivery and activation
I went to the bank branch to request a supplementary credit card for my wife. The customer service told me that it will be delivered within 7 days from the issuing date. 3 days later, the card was successfully delivered and activated also!

My debit card was jammed inside one of the HSBC ATMs. I tried so many times to bring it out but with no results. Immediately, I called their customer service, they stopped working the card and sent me an email with all the details. Professional and recommended bank.

Best exchange rate
I compared six different banks regarding the exchange rates from USD to SAR. Finally, I found out that HSBC is giving the best daily rate for five consecutive working days. It took 3 minutes without fees to exchange all the amount.

Transaction is slow
Hsbc app for bank transfer is not that much helpful and not user friendly.Transcation takes a long time. Need more updation. Adding beneficiary is a big process. Payment is secured yet app is very slow.
