A service in disarray
What a colossal failure of a service! Here, the boss is indecisive! He initially advised that I simply send in my paperwork and they will process it for me so that I could begin my business. He’s now telling me that I’ll be the one to handle it. Thank you, thank you, thank you! They are making fun of me. It’s quite depressing!

At best, it's terrible
Their customer service is at best mediocre. It wasn’t amazing; it was sufficient, and they were sufficient. They could provide the services, but they could have been better and done with more care; the person with whom I dealt was kind, albeit a little brusque.

A service in shambles
What a complete disaster of a service! The boss is indecisive here! He first suggested I to simply submit my documents and get them processed so that I could start my business. He now claims that it will be my responsibility to process it. Oh, my goodness, what a sight! They’re joking around with me. It is strongly discouraging!

Exhausting!
It was really difficult for me to do business with them. From the application through the requirements to the proposal, processing and communicating with them took days, and each phase took longer. Oh, my goodness, what a sight! I’m at my breaking point. Exhausting!

On their homepage, they said that they would complete the process of supporting your company in forming a business in two weeks. I required legal advice to resolve an issue to avoid a penalty. The lawyer at RPSlegal told me to trust him with this. I ended up having to pay a huge penalty because of the lawyer.
