They have not sent me a prepaid card in quite some time. They failed to follow up and give the product after pushing me to fill out multiple documents. I would not recommend it to anyone because it was a terrible waste of time and money.

Representative who is ruthless
The customer service agent who helped one of my friends register for a prepaid virtual credit card was incredibly unpleasant, and the phone connection was so bad that she couldn’t hear what the representative was saying. He disconnected the phone when she asked the salesperson to repeat himself. They’re ruthless to a fault.

There are processing delays everywhere!!

Representative who is ruthless
The customer service agent who helped one of my friends register for a prepaid virtual credit card was incredibly unpleasant, and the phone connection was so bad that she couldn’t hear what the representative was saying. This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had some pretty bad ones.It has took weeks to get funds transferred in – failure after failure, and when all that finally got worked out I couldn’t use them for everything.

Not worth it at all!
They are very busy when I tried to contact the call center employee. Every time they pick up my calls they ask for something another document or paperwork. It is not worth it honestly!

Slow and incompetent
They claim it to be so easy and fast, but when i tried to register for my credit card, it took a long time to get done and had a lot of documentations, and my card hasnt even gotten activated yet.

Time consuming and hard!!
Processing documents and required steps to finally get a card are very time consuming. Banks have an easier process and deals with clients with a high level of professionalism unlike these people.

Terrible product and execution

Very bothersome process.
Presenting documents and getting them approved takes a huge amount of work and time. The trouble doesn’t seem to worth it when banks are easier and more convenient and comes with lesser charges.

Poor customer service!!
Customer service was bad and awful! I called them because I needed help with registering with them but they only told me to follow the steps because the support I spoke with did was clueless about the whole thing himself.

Lots of process
Even though the concept of pre paid card is good. Availing this card is very hectic and i tried contacting the call centre agent. But everyday they are asking me a new details to fill up and still i haven’t received the calls.

No Top-up
I have bought this card just for the top-up feature, I have received my card three weeks ago, I used the top-up option last week but it couldn’t happen, I called their customer support to fix the issue but it couldn’t be resolved.

Invalid Card
I won’t recommend this credit card, I have got my card after a month and when I used it in a restaurant, it wasn’t working, I thought maybe there was some problem, I have used it in a grocery store but unfortunately there also it didn’t work.

Not Nice!
As a customer it is my right to get the information about the credit card, I spoke to their customer service representative, she got annoyed after three questions and said for further information you have to visit our office. That’s Not Nice!

My card isn't working
After receiving my card, I tried to purchase something online but an error occurred. I tried one more time but with a different website and the same error occurred! My card isn’t working after only 2 days of delivery!!

Damaged card!
I was so excited to try their service so I purchased the virtual credit card. Unfortunately, I can say that they’re so unprofessional as the card was damaged when it arrived for me! I was really surprised and will never try them again.

Doesn't sound Secure
When I clicked the order a card option it just shows me the option to submit the order, they didn’t ask me for my details, no nothing, and this doesn’t sound safe and secure.

Not useful
I would rather use debit card rather than this card. I got this card since my colleague forced me to do so. Once i bought it i couldn’t able to find any good use from that card. It doesn’t have a good features with it and don’t buy this card.

Do not go for it
They told me that I can top-up the amount in my card, but when I do so, it has been rejected the top-up transaction, I tried this two times after that my card is blocked!

Took time for process yu
They took delay in processing my card. Procedures for registering is also more and not very customer friendly. Website also crashes inbetween while registering the card. It’s better to opt for some other way to apply visa card. I don’t find this website much customer friendly and useful.

It’s not real
I called them to get the information regarding prepaid virtual credit cards, but I am shocked by what they said, one of their customer service representatives said to me that we not offering such cards, there is some misunderstanding!

Wrong expiry date
The expiry date was wrong. I asked their customer service about the expiry date and they said that the expiry date of the credit card is 6 months. When I purchased one credit card, I found that it was expired only after 4 months!!

Lethargic Team
Their customer service is so lethargic, they took few details in an hour, don’t know how much time they will be required to process my card and deliver to me. At least they need to train their staff in this matter!

Not a good experience
I and my friend both were decided to get a virtual credit card we both called at the same time at their customer service center for assistance that how we can get a card, but I face a long wait on call, and her call remains unattended, not a good experience at all.

Just Avoid
One of my friends shared her experience when she registered a prepaid virtual credit card, their customer service representative was so rude, and their telephone line was unclear that she couldn’t understand what actually the representative was said when she asks to please repeat he(representative) disconnects the call. So mean they are.

I ordered a prepaid virtual credit card and I was waiting for it to be delivered on my E-mail. They were clear on their website that it will be delivered globally but it wasn’t delivered and I contacted them more than once with no replies.

Limitation of order
They stated on their website that the maximum order amount is 1000$. This isn’t something good at all! Because what if I wanted to order more than 1000$? They’re limiting my needs which isn’t a good choice for me.

Slow delivery
They’re claiming on their website that the card order delivery takes only 6 hours! But when I requested the card, it was delivered within more than 5 days. Not like what they said at all! Very disappointing experience.

Not reliable
