Horrible customer service
I already had a bitonic account, however, on January 30th, I entered the incorrect password three times, resulting in my account being disabled due to multiple attempts. So I emailed them about my situation and asked them to unblock my account, but they have yet to do so and are even more difficult to reach. I’d had it with them and have decided to stop using their services.

I lost my money here. I deposited money to my account with them, I supposedly deposit $100 only to my account however I had input the wrong value and was deposited $200 and I didn’t realize it until the deposit transaction was successful. So I contacted them right away to help me withdraw the $100 or return my money back because I couldn’t process it online but they just told me that I cannot withdraw it or get it back since I just made a deposit on the same time. My gosh! What kind of service they have! This is unacceptable! Never again!

Very Disappointed!
I had an account with them already, unfortunately last 30th of January I entered the wrong password to log.in to my account, I did it 3 times until my account was blocked due to a lot of attempts. So I sent them an email after that about my issue and to unblock my account however until now they were not able to unblock it and they are even very hard to communicate with. I really lost my patience with them and now I decided not to continue with their service.

Don’t trust this idiots! They take your bitcoins first, then ask compliance questions, and if they are not satisfied with the answers, they refund a smaller amount of bitcoins and say that bitcoin rate has changed, sorry….
