A real scam
It’s a real scam. After booking a service with hanson cleaning and prepaying the money, they did not send anyone. I did it all by myself and it was not a big occasion, thankfully.

Beware before booking
Booked an appointment for cleaning. The cleaner was rude and asked for extra money. I didn’t give the extra money and he left and i talked to the customer care about that. So beware before booking an appointment.

No one showed up after booking!
It’s a scam! Last week I booked my apartment with them for cleaning but no one came. Still grateful I just paid a partial amount, else I would have lost a huge amount of money.

Worst service
Worst service ever!!!! They didn’t assign anyone for my booking yesterday. No option to speak to them. Their voice response simply asks customer to send chat which NO ONE replies.

Horrible
Horrible . I booked for 2 bedroom apartment but only kitchen and living room cleaned. Bedrooms and washrooms never cleaned. When I ask them, they said it is only for 2 hours. I felt cheated.

Disrespectful employees!!
They seemed to be a reputed company with budget friendly prices and good service but i was proven wrong. The employees don’t really take their job seriously. They did not do their work well and was pretty rude and disrespectful. Unimpressed

Difficult to communicate!
I’ve taken up their cleaning service for my house. I provided them a cleaning reservation time in advance. They didn’t appear on time and the cleaning isn’t correct either. Very difficult to communicate and lousy service.

Horrible service

Additional fees!!!
Instead of the normal cleaning service, I tried Hanson cleaning because it was claimed to be cost-effective. They were too late and the house has been cleaned as fast as possible. I requested them to clean properly and they wouldn’t do so until I gave them an additional fee.

Language problem
The cleaning service team came to my office and i asked them to clean the spaces. They didn’t do it properly and i asked them to do it again but they don’t understand my language and they kept on saying im done. I paid them fully for the half service done.

MIXED MY CLOTHES!
The cleaning service is very unorganized with my clothes. And when given WHITE coloured clothes they mixed it with other coloured clothes and spoiled my clothes.

Bad in cleaning
I booked them for my apartment cleaning. I arranged all my things up to a side and gave them free space to clean. Yet they didn’t clean anything properly it just looked same as before and they charged extra for extra hours of work.

No return of calls
I had messaged for a call back 4-5 times but there no response from them. They have no direct customer care number. Even their person doesn’t come on time. You keep on calling and they keep on fooling you.

Did not do their job!!
I made appointments with them and they cancelled it 2 times before they actually came. Their service was extremely pathetic and did not come through. Very salty employees who didn’t like my opinion when i told them their service was not up to the standard.

Untrustworthy
I hired them for cleaning my apartment.Extremely untrustworthy cleaning service and in addition very rude. And unprofessional like no one I’ve ever dealt with. Lastly when I walked back into the apartment about 8 hours later it smelled like a barn.

So late and irresponsible
They were so late to the appointment and i was already distressed about it, and they did a 2 hour job in an hour and took full amount for it, the place literally looked the same after, such a waste

Horrible responses to customer!
Book an appointment with them is extremely difficult! I tried to reach their telephone numbers multiple times, but no answers. Someone from customer support only answered once and asked me to wait so that they could check the available appointment timings. After fifteen minutes the call got cut!

Miserable!
I used their service since it was inexpensive and I wanted to test a different cleaning service. They arrived late than expected and cleaned the home as quickly as they could. It was quite shabby.

Cleaning cost is high
Cleaning cost for my office room was high. I asked them before cleaning they said they will clean and finalize the amount but they costed more than what they quoted. such a bad cleaning as well and it was hard to resist paying them since cleaning is done.

Worst cleaning service ever!

Bad cleaning service
I had booked an appointment for next Tuesday but they arrived this Tuesday without and schedule. I let them clean anyway since they had come a long way but their cleaning was so horrible and when I asked them they told my had no appointments after this so I could not understand why they were in such a rush.

Improper cleaning
I could have cleaned so much better than them. I don’t even know why I paid such a huge some for them to not even have the right equipment. Their cleaning was even worse. We had to clean all over again after they left.

Not punctual
I won’t recommend them, as I told them to come at 4 PM to clean my office it was Saturday and it is a half-day in my office so I thought it will be done till 6 pm but they came at 5:30 when I was leaving for home after waited more than one hour.

Hard to contact them
It’s so difficult to book an appointment with them! I tried several times to contact their phone numbers but with no reply. Only one time someone from the customer service replied and she asked me to wait 2 minutes in order to check the appointment times available. She put me on hold for more than half an hour!!!

There is no proper website for this service only a Facebook page is there with some wallpapers, and the number they provide is invalid number, that how come I know by the name which kind of cleaning services they are offering.

Neat cleaning cannot be expected
I tried there service since they were cost efficient and i wanted to try the new cleaning service rather than regular one. They came late than promised time and they cleaned the house as quick as they could when i checked there cleaning it was very scrappy and i asked them to do it again. Their prices are so high, and they do not bring their cleaning kit, I provide her a vacuum to clean my carpet for this she said, you have an old model of vacuum, I don’t know how to use this.

My appointment was canceled without me knowing! I booked an appointment with them last Saturday, they confirmed with me. On Saturday, No one came to me! I contacted them and their reply was that they canceled my appointment as there were some problems with the girls coming to clean my house!!

Not Happy!
I gave my curtains to them for ironing and what they did, they burn it, and I have opened the bag after they have gone, I saw that it was the mark in the center of the curtain. They even didn’t bother to tell me. Mistake happens, but they should at least let me know!

Staff has bad attitude
I tried this service for the first time in cleaning my apartment. There was an issue with cleaning the bedroom and when I asked one of the girls to clean it again, she replied with a very bad attitude! I’ll never try them again.

My friend recommended this service for me as I was searching for staff to clean my villa. I booked an appointment with them three days ago. They came yesterday and they started cleaning the villa. I was surprised as the villa after all that they’ve done, was still unclean! They’re not professional at their work.

Timing Issue
They are not punctual I asked them to come to me at 10:00 AM as some guests are expected to arrive at 12 noon she came at 11:30 AM, so non-professional and also lazy in their work. This is the first and last time I called them.

Inappropriate replies
Customer service replied in a very inappropriate manner when I asked for re-scheduling my time as I had an urgent meeting and this was 48 hours before time. I was surprised that I am not able to do so and they requested me for extra charges.
