    Every aspect of this website is amateurish. I didn’t understand most of the functioning of the attachments because there was so much misinformation on the internet. This website did not deliver what I expected! Second, because the item’s correct description was not provided on the internet, their prices are higher than those of other companies. Purchasing accessories from this location is not worthwhile.

    I placed an order around three weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive in a week. After waiting two weeks, I called customer service and was kept on hold for an eternity. Because the site states that the things have already been shipped, I am unable to cancel the transaction and get a refund.

    This webpage is completely amateurish. Because there was so much misinformation on the internet, I didn’t grasp most of the functionality of the attachments. This was not what I was expecting from this site! Second, their prices are greater than those of other companies because the item’s proper description was not published on the internet.     Their server is slow. The search engine doesn’t bring back relevant results. After adding items to the cart, the cart doesn’t suggest relevant items. For instance, if you’re doing brakes, it doesn’t suggest brakkleen chemical. Rebate listed on opening page can’t be found anywhere on websites so that you can apply. And lastly, the vehicle options are incomplete. Such as for my Toyota Tacoma it does not list the SR5 model or S Runner

    Completely disappointed!!! Worst app and customer support. Fraudulent. I selected one item to get ordered. When I was proceeding for payment the app ordered something else. Somehow I was connected to support. I provided them information they canceled the order and status was refunded as shown by them. But actually I never got my refund. I provided them proofs for transaction of order from my bank. The support is saying I was never charged for that item. Wow what a Perfect scamster!!

    I purchased spark plugs and the quality is so poor that it’s easy to break. Their service is also bad they are unresponsive to my messages and didnt want to cooperate at all.

    I bought my motor parts and accessories at this store and their service is really poor. I message them how many times but I didnt get an answer from them not even once. Very unprofessional and their service is slow. Im nlt recommending this one.

  399. Deceiving and rude

    They took weeks to process my request and then didn’t bother to deliver a good quality of the parts i had ordered. I had to wait more to get an exchange and even then no progress. I had to finally demand refund and the staff was SO RUDE about it. RIDICULOUS.
