I have been waiting all my time for someone to advise me on what to do about my own project. I don’t know why people who don’t have sufficient expertise or authority to help others even bother to establish a business. Very very deceived!

No safety measures followed
This company does not follow any of the safety measures and their service is not safe. Their equipment is very old and prone to a lot of accidents. Do not use their service. Id recommend them to buy latest models and use good saftey measures.

Extremely unprofessional
Equipment lifting systems do not deserve my confidence. I contacted them to ask them about their equipment. I previously had an agreement with everything, and they notified me that the equipment was meant to be delivered yesterday, but I didn’t get it and they have several excuses for it. They informed me again that today I’m going to receive it, but I still didn’t. They’re extremely unprofessional!

Requires more effort!!
Really poor service by the suppliers. They do not have proper and reliable equipment but overpriced junk that they try and make us buy. Very ineffective customer service too.

Very slow communication!
Equipment lifting systems communicate very slowly. I described the equipment I needed to them already, but they continued to ask. They could not comprehend what I needed immediately. Not advisable!

Completely upset with them!
My manager instructed me to call them in the hopes that they might supply the equipment needed for our building. We had previously agreed and I had already sent the application form, but the equipment we received is different. They’ve failed us and I’m completely upset with them.

Lost a lot of money and time!
Equipmentliftingsystem got the worst people ever. Their equipment is not collected from their suppliers. Their equipment is not supplied at the proper time and no one has responsibilities for all our time and money that was lost.

Worst staff!
Some of the worst staff can be seen at equipmentliftingsystems. The suppliers will not collect orders. When we’re scheduled to receive the equipment, we do not receive it, and their staff does not take responsibility for our wasted time and money.

This equipment lifting services failed to fulfil the booking which i made them and they didn’t make up for my phone calls. It was such a disappointing to my entire team and all our works were struck up on middle due to delay.

They have some of the worst workers. Orders are not picked up by the providers. We don’t get the equipment when it’s supposed to arrive, and no one takes accountability for the time and money we’ve wasted on them.

Defective products
The delivery of the equipment had already been delayed and i was not given an explanation. The delivered equipment failed to work after 2 days and caused us so much trouble and the customer service team were really hard to deal with as they kept implying it was my fault.

I contacted them to use their facilities for my building site. They told me that they would be ready for delivery of the equipment but the delivery was postponed for another day. They did not give me the right answers when I asked for the missed equipment.

Dumb Employees
I was telling them through call what equipment I required under the instruction of my boss and I had to explain it to them so many times even though it was their own product. I end the end we got the wrong equipment even after emailing them the details.

Late delivery!
They don’t deserve my trust. I contact them to order the equipments they sell. I made an agreement on this and I have received a lot of information and all, they have told me that the equipment is supposed to be delivered earlier today but I didn’t receive it. Again, they told me I would receive it today, but it still didn’t get delivered yet.

Useless employees!
They have the worst employees ever. Their suppliers do not pick up cakks. We don’t get the equipment delivered at the right time and no one is there to take accountability for all the time and money we are wasting on them.

The equipments for lifting is very costly for renting and it is equivalent to owning a one. It is not cost friendly for using it for more than 5 days.so its better to buy a equipment if you need it for a month usage.

Equipment is not delivered
I ordered some of the Weight lighting equipments for my site needs. They promised the delivery on the prior date of booking but there was huge delay and they didn’t deliver me the equipments as they promised to do so. Highly disappointed and all my works are all stopped due to delay on there service

I have booked and industrial equipment for my factory, I need that equipment soon, as my previous appliance was irreparable, they said that they will deliver within 72 hours, after 72 hours I called them where is my equipment, they said they required two more days, and they didn’t inform me about this.

Not Stick to their commitment
They do not stick to their commitment, they promise me to deliver the equipment in three days, but they deliver after 10 days, by saying it on the way we took from our other store. This is not right.

Unprofessional
They are not worthy of my trust. I contacted them to inquire about the equipment they offer. Ineffective and Cannot be trusted!
This supplier is not effective. My boss asked me to call them hoping they can be our supplier of the equipment needed for our construction site, we had agreed already and all that I sent already the request form but the equipment that we received is different, it’s not what I requested. I’m totally frustrated with them, they failed us. Not a good supplier at all!
