Avoid using this service at all costs! Avoid using this service at all costs! Once you furnish them with your credit card information, they will continue to charge you and highlight a secret clause in their terms of service known as AUTORENEWAL. They also bill for the following month in the previous month, further limiting your alternatives.

There are so many hidden charges

Money minded business
They didn’t not provide the services promised per the terms of our contract, but they are sure to charge for them monthly. They also continued to charge additional IT charges that were already charged in our payment.

Anyone who is thinking about starting their own business should stay away and consider doing business with other service providers. Xolo has been of zero help to me and it has not provided me with any required assistance in services like banking documentation and all other major areas after being paid.

Fake promises
They claimed to take care of all my business needs, made me invest a huge amount of money, made all these promises about how my business is going to flourish and they did literally nothing in the end, its all just fraud, they did not even use the entire money. It is all a scam

Very disappointed!
When I called them to enquire about their solo business plan and that includes their services that they would provide and their charges. Did not receive any relevant information from the employees.

Poor customer care
I started with this company because of a referral.I received 1 failed payment alert and responded promptly.I was then advised it was an error.It happened again and then sent an email that it was an error and it happens repeatedly even though i spoke to customer care.

Beware
Please BEWARE of this service!Once you give your credit card, they will keep charging you and show you a hidden clause of AUTORENEWAL in their T&Cs. They also charge for the next month in the previous month so your time for action is further limited.

They will just order you around!
They don’t really do anything. They will just order us around on what to do. I don’t know why we are paying them so much for them to order us around.

Hidden fee
Too many hidden fees. Communication very slow, almost everything has to wait & it will take days for them just to reply an email.very slow in response. Service is also very delayed for me.

Felt let down.

Betrayed
It’s really absurd. The manager told me I did not have to pay the set-up fees because it comes under their package. After making me sign all the documents they told something else that I would pay for all of this. What kind of betrayal is this??

Difficult process

So Many Hidden Charges
They mislead me that I don’t need to invest more amount for that, but in the end, when I calculated the amount that I have spent with them to set-up for my business it was more than doubled they said, even at last I have to get some loan from the bank, they have so many hidden charges which sucks you.

Not well informed Staff
The staff sitting there was not well informed, I asked him about the time and charges for this solo business setup, he said you have to talk to the manager if he has not enough knowledge to answer, then why he sits there.

Accounting team unknowledgeable
I’ll never try this organization again! I thought that their accounting team is really knowledgeable about their work but unfortunately, I found the opposite! They don’t know anything about accounting!

Registration took so long time

Mislead You!
They are just on the website, but in reality, they are not dealing with such services, when I consult them they said all you have to work through your gadgets like phone or laptop, the entire set-up you will make, we will just guide you. That’s it.

I wish i could give no star. such a horrible experience i faced with this company they asked me for a lot of documents as if they going to provide me a business. I believed in them and gave them whatever they requested and they didn’t answer my calls after few weeks. I don’t have any other way to communicate them. Don’t get cheated by there website.

Hard to Reach them
They are hard to reach them, the email address that was available on the website, was showing email delivery failed, every time, (I tried four times). And the helpline number I got from their website was always going busy.

Unhelpful team
I contacted them in order to improve my business as they claimed on their website. Their team answered my questions in a hurried manner and I couldn’t ask any other questions as they were in a hurry and left me half an hour on hold! This is totally unprofessional.

UNRELIABLE
This is so ridiculous. I was informed by the manager here that I shouldn’t be paying for the set-up fees, they will cover it all for me. And then after submitting all my requirements they said another thing that I should pay for this amount to process it all. Really? shocking.

Terrible!
Terrible experienced! I never forget how the manager here insulted me from the time I called them to inquire about having my own business. I was really irritated at her. She’s not nice, not even accommodating.
