Lawyer who is unprofessional! We had already agreed to meet last week to talk about legal issues. Unfortunately, he did not show up, and he did not notify me prior to our scheduled meeting time. I used their service since it was inexpensive and I wanted to test a different cleaning service instead of the typical one. They arrived later than expected and cleaned the home as quickly as they could. When I reviewed the cleaning, it was quite shabby, so I requested them to redo it. I called them for legal assistance, the customer service representative asked me did you registered on the website, I said I did not find as such things, that is why I called for the information, she said without registering on our website we will not entertain you. This is not the way.

Not for everyone
This legal department isn’t for everyone. I wanted a personal lawyer so I sent them an e-mail. They replied and said that these legal services are only available for companies and not for individuals!!!

What I have seen on the website is that “This is the legal department of David ONAFEKO” no information available, the contact numbers they have provided of their offices in France and Amsterdam are not responding, I have sent an email to them as well but didn’t get any response.

They said they will assist you in dealing with legal matters, I contacted them for the appointment to discuss the problem I was facing previously, they remain silent and said I will guide you call me after two days, that was annoying even I called him after two days, he said I am studying the case, will discuss in few days. This means they don’t have solutions to your problem.

I don’t know how to reach them, they are not responding to my calls, they are not even active on emails. If they don’t want to available for clients and customers they do not need to give their contact info as well.

There is no legal department exist, with the difficulty I got their number and ask for some appointment with the lawyer, they said they are not dealing with such services, I am unable to understand that if they are not dealing with legal affairs why they mention at their website that their legal department assists you!

Their lawyers did not behave professionally for the last two weeks he is canceling the appointment with me. He is not even answering my calls. I emailed him that there is some emergency I need to talk to you about, he is still unresponsive.

I opened their website as I wanted a lawyer. I tried so hard to understand some of the information provided on their website but I see that they’re very little information for any customer. I also tried to contact them but they rarely answer and they didn’t answer all the questions I asked.

Disappointed
This company is not backed up by credible lawyers or legal adults who know what they are doing. Their knowledge on the legal entities are really really poor. I have been wanting to book an appointment with them for so long but nothing works. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional!
Unprofessional lawyer! We had an agreement already last week to discuss about legal matters. Unfortunately he didn’t come and he didn’t inform me earlier before our appointed time. I was really upset with him! In fact I cancelled all my appointments that time just to speak with him. Thumbs down!
