Don't fall victim to this website's traps
They will present you with a low-cost choice on the website, then once you book, they will phone you and ask you to pay the difference, so you can either cancel or pay the difference. If you ask them to cancel the ticket, they will assure you that the money would be returned to you within one month.

The man who answered the phone when I contacted the main office to inquire about the baggage allowance immediately hung up. The operator sent me to the location where I purchased the ticket when I phoned them again. The baggage allowance could not be collected from the main office, he stated. The employees are rude, and proper customer service training is needed.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and we were told to be in the hotel lobby by 9 a.m. We arrived on time, but the tour leader arrived at 11 a.m. without even bothering to explain why. Disrespectful personnel
When I called the main office to inquire about the baggage allowance, the man simply hung up the phone. When I called them again, the operator sent me to the location where I purchased the ticket. He stated that the baggage allowance could not be obtained from the main office. The personnel is disrespectful, and proper customer service training is required.

I gave them a flight booking package for a tour of Europe. I later wanted to cancel the tour because I had other plans. They guaranteed me a complete refund within 72 hours of my departure. However, when I attempted to cancel, they told me that there would be a 50% penalty if I did. I was quite dissatisfied with their poor service.

Can’t get in touch with a customer representative to ask one simple question. Unless you have an itinerary, Dotravel doesn’t want to talk to you. It will not allow me to use my reward points. And yes I use the PAY NOW button, it reverted back to the regular price. My phone’s battery went dead waiting on a representative. This has been a disaster. I several crashes during booking and when it finally processed it had the wrong dates, it took 3 hours to reach someone at DoTravel just to be told the hotel no longer had rooms and there was they nothing they could do. Slept in car, called almost every day since and get told a manager will call back and no call back. Rude employees
I called the headquarters to find out how many luggage allowances and the man kept the phone. The guy told me to call again after I had bought the ticket. When I called them again he said they were unable to include the main office baggage allowance. The employees are rude.

Worst experience never buy ticket through this app. I made reservations online and the transaction didn’t go through. Shortly after, one of the agents called me and offered to assist me make the payment online. I requested for the summary of the schedule and it didn’t tally with what I had online. In less than 1 minute, after the transaction I asked for rectification (which was declined) Finally I paid $150 USD to reschedule the flight. Hopefully this is my first and last time to use this service. Very disappointed. Beware.

There is an issue with validating OTP via mail. Type username. Type email It will take to you OTP screen. Check mail you get OTP. try to type in OTP screen. Expected : It should allow to type OTP in combination of small letters and capital letters. Actual : it’s not allowing to use capital letter, thought there are some capital letters in OTP. Fix: Either don’t send Capital letter in OTP. or Wherever you validating OTP, make it case insensitive.

Bad tour guide
I was on my honeymoon with my husband and we were instructed to be in the hotel lobby by 9am. We were exactly on time but the tour guide reached at 11am and he didn’t even bother to give us a reason. He talked the bare minimum throughout the tour and would only speak to us if we asked him something. His answers were usually just one worded. Such a horrible experience!

I do not recommend them, the company has very low quality customer service. My time was wasted, I do not recommend using their service as they are not professional.

Rude customer service
I called in the main office to check how many baggage allowance and the guy just hang-up the phone. When i call them again the guy told me to call where I bought the ticket. He said that they cannot provide the baggage allowance from the main office. The staff is rude and need to train a proper customer service.

Extremely rude

time wasted with them
Very disappointed by their lack of experience and their way of treating customers. Atleast bother telling me if a certain plan on the itnerary is changed. Atleast pick up my calls!
